This vacancy is based in Pulborough, West Sussex
An experienced Sales Office Administrator is required for a 6-12 months maternity cover.
You will need to be proficient in MS Office with a good understanding of MRP systems. Analytical skills in processing information and be familiar with ISO9001:2000 requirements.
Responsibilities will include:
Inputting sales orders; providing quotations; liaising with departments to ensure satisfaction for the customer; maintain accurate records on returns/repairs; analysis of customer orders and enquiries; liaising with key customers on forecast, order details and deliveries; assist in preparation of monthly forecast; completion of export documentation and liaising with European agents; other secretarial and clerical duties as required.
Own reliable transport is required.
