I’m a qualified Mechanical Engineer and have managed production facilities in high tech electronics, water treatments, sheet metal work, machining, etc and have implemented MRP, stock and production control computerised systems. I handle the industrial, technical & management vacancies associated with manufacturing and engineering.
Jim Gilhooley, has worked within commerce and industry at senior levels and has over 30 years’ experience of solving HR problems at all levels of business. He dealt successfully with training, recruitment and managing people. He worked in Telecommunications, Finance and Consulting before joining Beacon in 2008.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, and is professionally qualified in Human Resources and Training. He combines rigorous professionalism with an ability to put business managers at their ease.
